2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed and deposited funds will not be refunded.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on jita36 is ৳500. We support the following payment methods:

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before making a withdrawal.
3.3 Verification Process
Before a withdrawal we may request identity documents such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. This process is mandatory to prevent money laundering and to protect our members.
3.4 Transaction Limits and Fraud Prevention
In the case of suspicious transactions we reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account. If any fraudulent activity is proven, all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x (10 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total amount equal to 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.
4.3 Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
- Bonuses may only be usable on certain games — see the promotions page for details.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If misuse or manipulation of a promotion is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.4 VIP Program

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.3 Technical Issues

10 Account Closure and Termination

10.2 Closure at Our Initiative
We reserve the right to close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Fraud, forgery or illegal activity.

10.3 After Termination
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, we are not obliged to refund deposited funds. However, in the case of a standard closure, the remaining balance will be returned after verification.
11 Dispute Resolution
